The World Race Bible Plan

Hey! So some of you may know that I started a chronological bible plan this year, and this month I decided I want to try and finish it by the end of the race. The Lord has been teaching me so much through this plan and I’ve found myself loving to be in His word every day, even on off-days and travel days. I know many racers like to do bible plans on the race, but it’s hard to find a plan that fits what you go through on the race, so I have taken some time to tailor the “Reading God’s Story: One-Year Chronological Plan“ in the YouVersion Bible App to an 11-month World Race reflection plan. This can be used for the World Race, but also as a general bible plan if you just don’t have the patience to read the Bible in a year!

Aside from launch, each month is 26 days, including one day of rest and 1 day of reflection questions. Since not all months are created equal in the race, this provides some flexibility to take extra off days in long months or to read a little extra in short months. I’m currently on day 153 (I have some catching up to do!) in case anyone would like to join me where I am in this plan. Regardless, on July 1st, I will be at the first day of Month 7 – day 164. I hope this can be a helpful tool for anyone on the Race or at home to read the bible in a different way!
