Today while coming back from ministry (scooping manure and dirt into small bags to plant trees) we stopped at the cell phone store, as one of my teammates was having problems with her phone data.
We were waiting around and I tried waving at a little girl we met last week, Hola mi amiga! But instead I caught the attention of an older lady named Maria, who happens to speak ENGLISH! What a miracle, as basically no one here speaks English it was so cool to interact with her without needing a translator. I noticed she has a problem with her left eye but didn’t ask about it…then she left.
I felt such a strong nudge to pray for her. We are constantly praying to see and experience healings and when he put an opportunity right in front of me I didn’t take it.
BUT THEN…we saw her again coming out of the phone store! I asked her to come back over, asked her about her eye, and we prayed healing over her. She got in an accident that messed up her eye and brain so she forgets things easily. We again prayed healing over her and we’re confident that she will start to remember! Then she started talking about all her blessings in life and her children who live in the states. And then…she bought us all gatorade!!! As she receives blessings she pours them out to other people and so its so beautiful!!
