Jonah 2:2 says “He said, I cried out to the Lord in my great trouble, and he answered me. I called to you from the land of the dead, and Lord you heard me!”
Papa will always hear our deep cries out to Him. He is always listening to us. Even if we are walking away from Him, as soon as we turn to Him and ask for guidance and help; He will listen! He is a good father!
These past couple of months the Lord has been teaching me a lot about trusting Him and waiting on His timing. 1 Thessalonians 5:24 says, “God will make this happen, for He who calls you is faithful”.
Last week my squad came together (with four other squads) for what is called the Awakening and our month 4 debrief. I was still raising support at this point and trying to fully rely on Papa for provision. I got to debrief and find out I could not use the WIFI and my thought was “ God, how am I suppose to finish fundraising without talking to people”? I was in worship and fell to my knees crying! Then I heard the soft sweet voice of Papa “I Love You Jenny, I am always here and You can trust me with everything!”
Then I replied saying, “God I am giving this Race. I am giving you all of it.”
Going into debrief I knew we were going to have team changes. The night I found out who was going to be on my new team I was all over the place with emotions, with finding out who was on my new team and saying goodbye to my last team. The day was January 31 (which is the day I needed to be fully funded by). After that session I went to dinner at about 10:00pm with some people and had the chance to check my email. I opened my email and was shocked! Oh my gosh, I AM FULLY FUNDED!! I had one person donate the EXACT amount I had left to raise! WOW God! 2 hours before the 31st was over. In God’s timing all that was needed came in! He is teaching so much about reliance and trust! I’m in awe of my Papa!
I am still in shock now 2 weeks later. Papa is so good! I love the World Race and everything I am learning! I have learned so much about myself, Papa and who He wants me to be! He is always going to hear and answer my Deep Cries Out to Him! My deepest cry out to Papa has been wanting to be out on the mission field and He answered it!
Papa is always going to hear our deep cries out and He will answer when we are ready. We can sometimes go through life and ask Papa for things but He knows what we need; he will provide in the perfect time. Keep bringing your deepest cries out to Papa and He will rock your world, just like He is rocking mine!
