Wow oh wow I can not describe to you how much I have loved being on team Grafted In. These people gave me so much room to grow and cared for me so well. The best way to describe this team would be restful. Sure we pushed each other to grow, but for the majority of our time together we were on the same page which made things easy and light. We came to the table often and shared what was on our minds and hearts, which brought a sense of safety on this team. The ease with which this team operated is something I would love to learn to replicate, so that I can help foster it in my next community. I am so thankful for these past four months and the growth I have seen take place. Cheers to team Grafted In!
Brook (young boi bok, boknini, baby bok choy)
You and I have had the honor of being with each other for the past 8 months. I am so proud and thankful to have had you as my teammate for 4 months and then as my fierce team leader for 4 months. It has been an honor to see you grow and grow alongside you. It is so fun to see the ways you have become a more confident woman of Christ. You hear the voice of the Lord so clearly and you are obedient to what he asks of you. I have loved seeing you step out more in vulnerability and confidence in who you are. I think these two things go hand in hand because when you are confident in who God made you to be you can be vulnerable without feeling like you are risking everything. As a leader you led this team so well. You were a leader who led by example and actually listened to your team about what we thought and felt before you made decisions. I appreciated this so much in your style of leadership. Boknini you are going to do great things for the kingdom and I can’t wait to see what the Lord does in and through you. So grateful the Lord wove our stories together and allowed us to become friends!

Shoot dang I am so thankful for you! You have been my ride or die for the last 8 months. You spit fire because you want everyone to believe the truth about what the Lord says. You are loyal through and through. Which is a sweet combo because you wont allow the people you love to forget who they are. Thank you for holding me accountable to changes that I have wanted to make or have made. What has been the best is seeing how much you have changed over the course of these 8 months. You are for sure not the same woman we started the race with. You have learned to trust more people and become more vulnerable with heart things. You are way more flexible and willing to do new things or things that used to scare you. I have seen you walk in more confidence in who the Lord created you to be and it is a beautiful thing. I can’t wait to see how God uses you on this next team to help refine people. I am even more excited to see how God uses them to help refine and push you to grow as well 🙂
Hannah Grace (Han Han, Little but Mighty)
The past 4 months have been so sweet getting to know you and see how big of a heart you have. You might be small in physical form but Han Han you are not little in personality, heart, mind or soul. You have the greatest capacity to love other people so well. You also experience Holy Spirit so uniquely and I am honored that you shared your experiences with me. I am so grateful the Lord allowed us to be on the same team together because it truly has been such a blessing getting to know you. You just ooze Jesus Han and it is sweet to see. Thanks for dripping so much of Jesus on me and for helping foster so much room for growth. You carry peace with you and that allows people to grow. I can’t wait to see how the Lord uses you!
Oscar (Oskie)
You are 500% Oscar all the time and that is such a beautiful thing. Your confidence is contagious and you make people feel comfortable right away. I am thankful the Lord allowed us to be on the same team because I learned so many valuable things from you. You taught me what sacrificial love actually looks like because of the way you took care of our team so well. You bring such a unique perspective to all things. You are always learning and when you discover something new you love to share it. Thank you for enlightening us with your wisdom and for giving all of us a glimpse into your unique world view. Oskie you have such a beautiful vision for what the Lord wants you to do in the future and I can not wait to see the Lord bring that vision to fruition. Thank you for being a great example of a good Godly man in my life. You are a gem that shines brightly and I am honored to have been your teammate.
Connor (Con, Connie, Cono)
I am so thankful to have had these past four months to learn from you. You love people for who they are and cant help but make friends everywhere you go. One of my favorite things is watching you interact with people who do not speak much English because you somehow end up having full conversations with them or get them laughing. You have this way with people that sucks them in and that is such a gift from the Lord. You have been given the gift of winning people over. I am excited to see how the Lord uses these gifts to help build his kingdom. Thank you for being so open and for letting us into what you are learning and where you are at. I am so thankful to know you and to have been given the gift of being your teammate.
