Holy smokes guys it’s been a while since I’ve blogged… sorry. Well A LOT has changed since I’ve updated you guys. Let me give you a short story of how God showed up big time in Thailand.

One Friday, for ministry we divided into groups and did a prayer walk through the streets of Phang Nga. As we spiritually prepared for this, I asked God to show me who He’d like me to speak with. I got a vision of an infectious smile, a brown apartment building, and a woman with crate looking bar behind here. Ok… God thanks BUT what the heck does that mean!?! It was very random and I wasn’t sure if my imagination made it up or what was going on- so I kept silent. As Hannah, Amber and I walked around the market, I spotted Amber sitting with an elderly women and felt led to go sit with them. The minute I sat down I recognized that smile and KNEW this is exactly where I should be. She didn’t speak a work of English but we conversed, laughed and I got to pray for her. WOW did I feel the Spirit moving.

This was a confirmation that my vision was from Him and that I probably should share with my group- . As we continued to walk down the street Hannah asked, “ Jenny what are you thinking right now”, as I randomly stopped at the street corner. I answered, “ I have no idea why, but see that red sign a couple block away? We need to go there”. WELL let me tell you- the red sign was attached to.. YEP the brown apartment one I saw in my vision! BUT wait there is more….the women with the bar crate looking thing behind her was attached to the building selling jewelry. I freaked out a bit. What does God want me to say, what am I suppose to do now, is this real life? I felt led to go pray for her. She wouldn’t let me lay my hands on her but that didn’t stop me- I was shaking, scared and NOT wanting to pray out loud- but I did. I knew that was what He was calling me to do. Talk about being uncomfortable. The women didn’t understand a word of English but that was okay I basically just told her that my God loves her sooo much and that He wanted me to tell her that. Simple- to the point- Love needs no translation.

Lord- make me a shepherd of your peace
