The past 6 months have been a whirlwind of events! So much has happened and time has gone by so fast.
Here is a list of crazy things I've done or have happened to me.
Kenya:
- Ate cow intestine
- Went on a safari and it turn out to be a 2 km 4×4 trip and we pretty much bottom out the vehicle and didn't really see any animals.
Uganda:
- Dropped my sandal in a squatty potty hole!
- Rafted class five rapids on the Nile River.
- Rode on the back of a Motor bike ( Boda Boda) with my team leader eating a bag of corn in the middle of a hale/ extreme rain storm!
- Fed monkeys.
- Rode in a 7 passenger vehicle with 18 people!
- Got a Chigger in my toe.
- Cooked an African meal in pouring down rain!
- Swam in Victoria Lake.
- Painted a mural on the out side of a church.
Rwanda:
- Preached 9 times.
- Spoke on the radio and over a million people tune in from Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, and Burundi!
Philippines:
- I held a 6 ft Python.
- Helped deliver a baby.
- I got to administer first aid everyday.
Thailand:
- Ate Grasshoppers and squid on a stick!
- Built friendships with girls working in prostitution.
Cambodia:
- Fell in a 5 ft hole filled with pig sewage and then got hosed down in an empty pig pen!
- Ate pigs ear and didn't know.
- I held a scorpion.
- While on a hike I faked falling off a cliff, " You should of seen my teammates faces!" haha
- Drunk over 90 bottles of water in 3 weeks!
Facts:
- Roosters can't tell time and dogs bark at absolutely nothing and also can't tell time.
- I've packed winter clothing and have been in tropical temperatures for the past 6 months!
- There are 7/11 on ever street corner in Thailand.
- I don't notice the awful smells around the world any more.
- Every item of clothing I have has at least one hole.
- Bucket baths and squatty potties have become a way of life.
- I crave coffee more then I ever have!
- I've seen teammates be healed from sickness and demons be cast out in the name of Jesus Christ.
- I wake up to lizards, frogs, cockroaches, and every other bug crawling on me!
- I've gotten my pack down 7 lbs.
- God has given me a new confidence and boldness.

Life on the World Race is crazy and I've enjoyed every minute of it. I can't wait to see what God has in store for the next 5 months! I'm off to Malaysia next!!!
