John 15:5
"I am the vine ; you are the branches. Whoever remains in me and I in him will bear much fruit. For apart from me you can do no good thing. "
Pastor Arnaldo started a Christian school and and planted a church 3 years ago because the Lord gave him a vision. Today he has a vision of creating a conference center for anyone from churches all over Guatemala to come and be taught and discipled .
The Christian school is a beautiful place and is a massive display of the fruits of the spirit and Gods love for children. They are being raised up as the disciples and are taught that every good gift is from above
Galations 5:22-23
" But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness , gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law"
Agape in Action is the facility where we are staying and it is right beside the hospital. This is a constant host home for doctors and anyone willing to help to come and stay while volunteering their time at the hospital and outreach to the local area.
My squad has become so close since being here and all I think of when I look around is unity. Everyone is serving each other in any way possible and sharing anything possible because we love one another.
Today Pastor Alrnaldo blessed me so much by speaking . He started by saying that every good vision is from the Lord and that all you need is a vision and the Lord will provide the money and resources because it is from Him. He asks us for obedience and to act on those visions without worry.
The last thing He said when he was addressing the kids of the school was his call to the children. He shared with them the gospel as well as living a life of worship to their Father by going out and caring for the sick and hungry. Seeing these children who I know have so little, have the faith that can change the world was such a powerful testimony.
No matter where we are or what we have there is always good if we remain in Him and let Him remain in us. What's good in your life?
