This is a blog written by the newest addition to the worldrace family, my dad John Kuehni. Here is a look into his week in India !

> Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devils schemes. Ephesians 6 vs. 10,11

> India, this majestic land filled with people, incredible amount of vehicles and yes idols. What I found interesting is the Indian culture has many idols and temples for people to serve their idols. Unlike us here in North America where we try to hide our idols but none the less they are still idols ( Money, status, Television) the Indian culture lets us see the idols. My thoughts went back to the days as a teenager in church were they taught me how important it is to have the armor of God around you each and every day.

> Saying that I have never before been asked so many times by different people to pray for them. And yes in the name of Jesus we prayed for families, orphaned children, for demons to be removed from families, home and churches. Most of all we prayed for the Jesus movement through this land of India.
> Jesus is moving in India , the small part that we experienced changed my thoughts and perspective. The vision of a man of God to inspire and mentor new pastors so they can be raised up and teach the word of God to communities and families, by opening their home to ten orphan children which means a really busy life. Hundreds of these families are now in existence and the vision of 3500 homes.
> A Christian worship school dedicated to teaching and preparing young Christians to reach the lost.
> An orphanage dedicated to the disabled . ( And the greatest of these is Love) so many children and all they want is to be loved. Watching my daughter Jenny and all her team mates express there love for these tender little children was so inspiring. What a gift to be able to give, and yet God lets us receive so much more in return.

> On the lighter side is traffic, wow so many cars , motorcycles, Tuk Tuks ( Taxi’s) no traffic lights at most intersection, people walking around cars and yet I only saw one accident. Amazing drivers.

> Thank you God and to the World Race for giving parents the opportunity to share with their daughters and sons the experience of serving God in India. What God has taught me through India is that just like we prepared ourselves to serve in India we need to prepare ourselves to serve in our own communities . Matthew 28:19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations.
