in BIG ways:
1. Donations that would normally go to a Thriftstore, send them my way! I am going to have a community yard sale soon and would love anything extra to sell!
2. Do you know businesses that support non profit organizations? Donate their contact info, or introduce me over a cup of coffee ( my treat 😉 )
3. Do you tithe monthly? Consider switching it up and tithing through Adventures in Missions Christian Non Profit for 6 months.
4. Do you have canvases, glass jars (pickle, spaghetti, etc ), scrap wood, doorknobs, paint, and other various craft supplies that you aren't using? Donate it to me. I can create paintings to sell, and will be able to fund my trip with money made and saved from not spending it on supplies.
5. Broken Jewelry? Collect the beads. I'll make bracelets, necklaces, earrings to sell… you name it!
6. Know of a craft show in the area? Donate your information. I'm working on getting out into the community to sell my work, and may not have heard of the opportunity. 🙂
7. Do you have a change jar collecting dust, that you keep saying you'll roll up and bring to the bank?
Donate it 🙂 I'll roll it for you and put it towards my mission. ….We all know we don't spend Nickels & Dimes anymore.
8. Do you have camping supplies collecting dust? Sift through it. If you're willing to part with it…. Here is a list of what I still need: water purifier pin, mess kit ( cup/bowl ), lightweight freestanding 2 person tent, mosquito mesh net, year supply of deet bugspray, retractable camping pillow, sleepingbag liner, nalgene water bottle with splash guard
9. Do you pay for a babysitter that is not always available? When they can't watch the kids, give me a call! I am free on Thursdays and Fridays. and every morning before 12. That money goes straight in the fund account.
10. Were you going to pay to keep your beautiful pet at the kennel on your vacation? Let me watch them for the same price or less! All that money you'd already prebudgeted will go straight to my fund account. I will gladly donate time in exchange for support.
11. If you hear of someone needing a dogwalker, lawn mower, babysitter, house painter, maid, etc.
