This post is about Hakyoung.
Hakyoung is one of my Korean squad mates, friend, sister in Christ and a huge blessing!
She has a huge heart for the Lord and loves to encourage us and make the squad laugh! She taught me how to write my name in Korean and loves to serve in many way! She has been challenged in many ways during ministry and even on this squad. English is her second language so it has been hard for her to understand when we talk really fast which is a lot. But she shows so much patience toward us and loves to learn new phrases like “Boo-yah!” She is a radiant light for Christ and God has so many beautiful things planned for her! Her courage to leave home and join a squad of mostly American and speak her second language for a year is inspiring! She is a huge part of this squad and her joy and love is needed!
Hakyoung is in need of funds to complete the race. She is behind and really needs to make this deadline.
