God just blew my socks off this past weekend! I went to Orlando with a group of 14 women to a conference held anually called Women of Faith. This is my fourth year in a row going to it, and it was tremendous! Patsy Clairmont, Luci Swindoll, Marilyn Meiberg, Nicole C Mullins, Avalon, Sandi Patty and more were there. I cried because their words hurt; I cried because I was in awe of God; I cried because I laughed soooooo hard!!!!!
Next year I will not be attending the Women of Faith conference. This does make me sad; however, I will be living out my faith as a women of God throughout the whole next year. I am so very nervous to leave my friends and my community, but God’s comfort and promises exceed in my heart more than the sadness. I wait in great expectations to begin my adventure on the foreign mission field.
I will be leaving Florida on December 17th. I will take a train from Jacksonville to Greensboro, NC then a plane to KY to spend Christmas with my son, Christopher. After this, on the 30th of December, my trip begins. I fly from KY to TX to spend the night there who knows where and then off to Mexico the next day. I will officially be on the field at this time. I covet your prayers and your cherish your hugs, so please send them to me via God. He is faithful to make sure that I get them. I love you all.
