“And so it was, when Moses held up his hand, that Israel prevailed; and when he let down his hand, Amalek prevailed, But Moses’ hands
became heavy; so they took a stone and put
it under him, and he sat on it. And Aaron and Hur supported his hands, one on one side, and the other on the other side…” (Ex 17:11-12)

Meet Marcos Valesquez Dias. He is the pastor of “Centro Cristiano Maranata,” which is the church we have been ministering at. Marcos truly is a passionate follower of Jesus Christ. His heart is sooooo burdened for Arroyo Palenque. He works so hard to take the Gospel to his town. There problem is, he does not have much Bible knowledge, but again, he has the passion to make up for it!

The Bible says that a prophet will be rejected in his hometown, and that is the case here. I know that is an attack of the enemy. The above Scripture out of Exodus is the vision that God gave me when I prayed for him. I know that God has put Marcos in charge of evangelizing this town, for just like Moses, he will not give up. He will fight tooth and nail for Arroyo!

Even so, I see desperation in his eyes. I see him getting very tired and discouraged. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE pray for Marcos to have someone come alongside him and help him to minister to this dark town. Please pray also that he will not grow weary in doing well, and that good fruit would be produced!

I am very burdened for Marcos and have committed to pray for him everday. Would you prayerfully consider doing the same?
