I love Jesus!
It is 5 days before I leave for Thailand. The Lord is so good. He has done some amazing things to prepare me for this trip, including a bit of depression and then freedom from thereof.
Wow, what an adventure! As I look back in retrospect over the last few months, my heart melts even more for my Jesus! As excited as I was to go to Thailand (and still am), I see where I was using it as an outlet to be excited for something… anything at all to be more exact and honest.
However, in the last couple of weeks, the Lord, faithful as he is, has really brought me to a great place in Him. My hope is renewed and my spirit, The Spirit, inside of me is alive and on fire AGAIN! I am refreshed and restored and ready to go!
The events that have taken place over the last couple of weeks are:
- Going to Florida was the best thing! Man did I really have a good time with everybody. It was amazing just sitting in the presence of the Lord and my friends, Erin, Pam, Sandy, Sally, and Susan laughing our butts off for a solid 7 HOURS!

Hugging my mom and dad and 2 sisters were tremendous too. Boy did we eat a lot that day. My daddy grilled me some ribs and my mom made me a chocolate cake and homemade mac & chz. Ummm ummm good! - Going to my church on Sunday morning after staying all night with my amazing mentor, Mrs Gregg, and hugging literally hundreds of necks, feeling totally at home hearing all of the college students say “Ms Jennifer OMG!” Having the Holy Spirit come upon me and open my heart to release an uncontrollable crying session at the close of service and having all of my pastors and friends lay hands on me and pray and speak life over me!!!!!!!! WOW!!!!!!
- 4. Going to a PERRY STONE conference that has rocked my world! It has given me back my urgency to preach and LIVE the Gospel of Christ! I have been every night for a whole week. I will never be the same!
- 5. Last but not least, in fact, more importantly, I have found a church that is truly amazing! I am blessed! The Lord set up a very unique divine appointment with the pastor of Evangel World Prayer Center, Dr. Bob Rogers, that blew my mind! I went to him for prayer, and the Lord literally spoke 2 of my hearts desires out of his mouth as a word from the Lord. He then laid hands on me and prayed for my trip to Thailand. He is a godly man who has taken a church and made it into a home for thousands. His primary focus… prayer and fasting… can I get an AMEN somebody!
I AM INSPIRED BEYOND WORDS!!!
