I am safe and sound in my home. Thank you Jesus.

My very first call was my son, Christopher, asking me when I was going to arrive so we could eat dinner together. My heart skipped a beat out of excitement. He would be the first person I would talk to and see upon my arrival back to the states. I drove straight to the restaurant from the airport.

My prayers and thoughts took me to a great place. All I could think about, considering my last 2 weeks, was the fact that JESUS CHRIST delivered me from prostitution! Now not only do I not have to live with the shame of that anymore, but neither does Christopher. Praise God!

Today, we met for dinner again. Two days in a row. I think he missed me. I know that I sure missed him! We went to a local Mexican restaurant. Two of his friends came with him. I am soooo glad that my son lets me hang with him and his friends. That is uncommon today. This too is a result of JESUS CHRIST!

As the four of us sat and talked and laughed, an overwhelming sense of gratitude flooded my heart. I love my son so much; I always have. He is such a character.

“Heavenly Father, thank you for giving me life abundantly!”
