What a month! Let me start off by apologizing… I’m sorry about the lack of posts! I was in Takeo, Cambodia working with a ministry called Teen Challenge. It is a center for teenage and adult males recovering from drug addictions. The hope of Jesus is tangible in that place. Truly a life line. I’m going to share more about that in my next post.
Right now I am with my whole squad in Siem Reap at our 8 month debrief!! Our last squad debrief before the final debrief in May. Time is going by so fast here.
On the 25th my team will be headed to Chaing Mai, Thailand for our ATL (Ask the Lord) Month. We’ll be working with Light House Ministries, which focuses on bringing freedom to the women in the area who have to prostitute themselves to survive. Our Final 2 months on the Race will be in Nicaragua and then El Salvador and then we head home on the 12th of May.
Ok. I just want to share for a second how good the Lord is. Gosh, He just is good. The past two months of the race have been the hardest. The spiritual warfare was heavy, and the enemy pulled out ridiculous attacks, but I’ve really found the Lord to be SO faithful once again. He pulled me out of deep waters, and set me on firm ground. In all of that faithfully leading me closer to my hearts desire, dependency on and intimacy with Jesus. Praise His name! His character and loyalty astound me. More later. Please continue to pray for me and my team. We need it, your prayers are powerful.
