O-squad is
reuniting in the Bangkok airport on the night of February 18th and
heading off to our next and final continent: Central America!
Here’s the short
form of our schedule for the rest of the race:
Feb. 19th–
Fly from Bangkok to Tokyo, Tokyo to LAX (American soil again, what! We’ll be there
all day too!), LAX to Miami, and finally Miami to Managua, Nicaragua! (We’ll arrive
on Feb. 20th)
Feb. 21st– Bus to Honduras- Team Beloved will
be in HONDURAS next month with one
other team while the other five teams will be serving in Nicaragua. We don’t
know too much about our ministry yet but we’ll be working with a man named Tony
and doing some farming and relational ministry about 40 minutes outside the
capital. Should be a good time. 🙂
March 21st– Bus to El Salvador- Ministry month
in El Salvador
April 13th– Bus to Guatemala- Ministry month
in Guatemala (yup, we’re still going to Guatemala as our 12th
country! Yay!)
May 8th–
May 11th
– Final Debrief with the whole squad
May 12th– Fly back to the States! Crazy! We
fly out of Guatemala City in the morning, go through Dallas, and arrive at LAX
around 4:30pm. From there I’ll take a train down to San Diego and hang out with
my family for a few days, yay! I won’t be there very long but if you’re around
during that time, I’d LOVE to see you!!
May 16th – Fly back to MA from San Diego to
see my family!
May 17th or 18th – road trip to DC to meet up with
Jenny Brown and then road trip some more to Georgia to serve at the WR TRAINING
CAMP at the end of May!
The end of May until who knows when – I have no idea what I’ll be doing!
Please pray with me about clarity for the future and what the Lord has in store
for each one of our lives after the race. 🙂
