The last few days we have had a great deal of course work to tackle, taking extra- curricular activities, diving into one another and working in different ministries….

In class we have been diving into scripture, discussing what ‘church’ is biblically called to be & for today what that looks like.   The Later sessions have consisted of a modern look at marketing your mission calling through media and finances… what continues to amaze me is that I am able to learn and sit in on these lectures/collaborations with such brilliant men of GOD who have had, by HISgrace, great success and are now passing on this wealth of knowledge to me. I am so genuinely humbled to be living this life.

Extra-curricular activities have been enjoyed. We build on our computer/internet knowledge, domestic skills (even learned how to knit), and a bit of Spanish. My favorite is probably Wednesday nights when we learn different forms of dancing- my favorite is salsa dancing – GREAT FUN !

Community fellowship has been a blessing in many ways; and as most things that are most rewarding in life- requires true effort. My fellow interns are passionate, loving & strong in their walk and compassionate, fun & trusting in a growing friendship.

The ministry (outside of our G42 community) in our local area, mainly consist of the soup kitchen and the pub right now, and later in the week I will have those stories ready to share with you. There is a great deal ahead and I will then share with that…

I am realizing that one month is approaching and I just know that I want more – we are called to live in HIS abundance – becoming that daily !   In those moments when the world’s reality hits me; I recall:

I saw, I heard I know what pain that is on the mission field – I can not and I will not be silenced and I will DO something about it! With no hesitation I will go and be cut to the soul for freedom. The faces & stories of hope, strength, courage … LOVE is the most worthy cause
