in so many ways i see how i am part of the BODY…
bold * confident * gentle * compassion * mercy * bounded in faith & truth * undivided * whole * integrity * stepping out * listening to GOD’s voice * GO * BE * LOVE * praise & thanks * fullness to power * dying to myself * speaking out LIFE * producing HIM * secure in HIM * leading * responsibility * JOY *
… this is becoming more real to me as i live a more GOD driven life.
Looking at my desires in the natural, modern and spiritual – i am finding a more clear vision of my calling.
i am working on my 1st term practicum to serve locally, to be deliberate throughout the term in my gifting. This has been and will be quite an adventure as i organize events/activities for FUN, fellowship and community!
Random thought… just last week a bunch of us interns went hiking up the 2nd highest (i think) mountain in Mijas ! IT was beautiful and from the top we could look to the right and see the mountain rage of Morocco, Africa and to the left the snow caped mountains of somewhere in Europe ! I tried uploading the pictures for you all to see but experianced technical difficulties…. anyways to bring both of these points together, missions & adventure is what i enjoy the most and i know my time here will not only foster that into reality but it will provide a strong foundation for it – whatever “it” is to become my life’s calling.
GOD is so good, i know that i will have a revelation sooner than later what my mark on the world will look like …
we have heard before that there is no substitue for VICTORY
and
have realized that there is no substitute for BROKENESS ….
and i know
there is no substitute for GOD
