Hey everyone!
Today is our last day in Romania. How weird that month 2 is already done! I guess they were right when they said that time flies while you are on the race. We found out where we are heading to in the morning for the next 5 weeks…MONTENEGRO!
Where is Montenegro you ask? Well, let me tell you…Montenegro is a country located in Southeastern Europe. It has a coast on the Adriatic Sea to the south-west and is bordered by Croatia to the west, Bosnia and Herzegovina to the northwest, Serbia to the northeast, Kosovo to the east and Albania to the south. Its capital and largest city is Podgorica, while Cetinje is designated as the Prijestonica (Пријестоница), meaning the former Royal Capital City. (Yes, that is from Wikipedia.)
It is going to be a pioneering month. We will be trying to find contacts and ministry opportunities in 2 different cities to see if Montenegro is a place where the World Race can go for future races. I’m really excited! Please be praying for us as we head into this country that God will provide contacts for us, places for us to stay as well as safety.
I’m not sure if I mentioned this in a previous blog but Jordan was also taken off our list of countries and Turkey was added. So we will be headed to Israel in November and Turkey in December. Exciting times ahead of us!
