And he needs a temporary home…

I got him a few years ago from an older woman who kept forgetting to feed him. And now, I have to leave him. I’m hoping and praying that it will only be for 11 months but if I can’t find a good foster owner for him then he’ll have to given up permanently.
This is where you (or your friend, neighbor, co-worker, etc.) come in. Are you someone who loves (or at least has a mild attraction) for cats? Is your home free of other indoor animals? Buddy seems to not be so keen (or rather he has a giant hatred) of other animals. He is fine with another pet as long as he doesn’t have to see him…for example, Buddy and I live with my sister and family who have a dog…the dog stays upstairs while we stay downstairs. It works. This could work for you too. Or your friend. Or mother. And it’s only for 11 months!
Here’s the pertinent information….
Buddy is about 9 years old. His birthday is September 19th. (I made that up when I got him…it’s exactly a month after mine…that way I couldn’t forget it.) He loves his birthday. Like me. Anyways…he is de-clawed in the front. He eats dry cat food and is properly litter trained. I have everything you need for him…litter box, food and water dishes, a million toys (he’s spoiled), a house, and extra food and litter. I would even supply gift cards for you to purchase more food and litter throughout the year.
Buddy is very much a “people-cat”. He LOVES people. He’s more of a dog than a cat actually. He’ll meet me at the door when I get home, beg at the table (bad habit, I know), cuddle under the blankets, etc. And he actually goes in his cat house. Willingly. Amazing, I know. He can get a bit fiesty but he really is a sweet cat. I’m really going to miss him.
