Well, i actually thought that i would never blog again after the World Race. Not because i hate blogging or anything…simply because i’m just not one to 1. write down the myriad of thoughts that go thru my head on any given day and 2. to send thoughts out into the world via the world wide web.
But i find myself once again going through a program in which blogging is not only expected, but i find it quite therapeutic. I have begun a two week program for post world racers called Searchlight. Seeing how racers come off the field with eyes wide open and hearts broken for all the needs of the world…they stumble back into the American culture not quite sure what to do with themselves. Some have dreams and visions of world wide organizations that will help eliviate the struggles of those less fortunate and some of us just need help in focusing our passions and gaining direction for our upcoming endeavors.
So, i will be blogging again. Sharing thoughts, dreams, struggles…yes, pretty much the same type of things from the race. Yet different. Its the next step. The next opportunity to be a part of a group that is all about Kingdom!
I would appreciate all prayers as i walk thru these next few days. I again force myself to drop expectations…yet, i do walk froward with expectancy.
