You are so good!!
"Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations forever and ever! Amen." – Ephesians 3:20-21
All glory to God! Not only did I meet my first fundraising goal, but I have surpassed it, with pledges of more on the way! I know that God is bigger than any deadline and any amount of money, but I must admit, I was a bit skeptical if the money would come in. Money is really the only thing that stresses me out – and I've been stressed! And worried that funds would not come in and that I wouldn't get to meet my amazing squad family!
But God is so much bigger than my worries and doubts. He already knew them. And He already planned to provide in ways that I never could.
I'm dreaming a God-sized dream when it comes to the World Race because this dream can't come true without the faithful provision and love of the Father. There's no way it will happen without Him. I'm believing that the Lord will come through tenfold and will provide everything I need.
Since I've decided to go on this journey, I keep hearing "stand in the promises God has made"…whether at church, in a song, or from those around me. And I'm going to stand firmly in those promises.
Promises to proser, promises to give me hope and a future.
Promises to ask and receive.
Promises to seek and find, to knock and the door will be opened.
We serve a big God and He is the ultimate provider. He has reassured me of that truth every single day since I've become a World Racer. He is so faithful and I'm blown away by it. I'm overwhelmed by the love and support that He has blessed me with, in ways that only He can.
It's such a beautiful love – to have a Father provide for His children, in every way.
