God has been speaking a lot lately. It can be hard to listen at times, as sometimes we don’t want to hear and accept what He has to say. Regardless of whether we want to listen, he still speaks. We are often to busy talking and trying to plan our daily lives to listen to what He has to say!

This month, my team will be heading into Vietnam for our ATL month – a month completely dedicated to asking the Lord where He wants us and what He wants of us. This means we need to continually be praying and expecting God to show us things in a new way!

A week ago, we had no idea what Country we would be heading to. God opened the door for us to enter this Country. We had no problems getting our Visa’s, even though I heard rumours that being Canadian, I could have a hard time. The Lord is good and faithful!

Right now, what we know is that we are heading to Ho Chi Minh City and will go from there. We have a lower budget for this month, which means trusting the Lord to multiply what we do have. We don’t know where we are staying. We are on our own…as the rest of our Squad, and remaining Squad leader will all be in Thailand for the month.

So, here we are – 7 women of God – spending a month with God and each other in a foreign land, that is a closed country for the gospel. There is so much we do not know. We can be afraid or trust our Lord.

The bible tells us in Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord. Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

This month will be just that. Please consider joining with me and the rest of my team as we venture out on this new experience and opportunity. This is our first of three ATL months. The Lord will provide. The Lord is gracious. The Lord will bless those who trust in Him.

Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous.
Do not be terrified. Do not be discouraged,
for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.
