endless frustrations

GOD’s perfect timing FINALLY took place!
Felix and I got married!
On January 7, we became husband and wife in a small court wedding here in Zimbabwe. It was not what we had originally thought or planned, but God knew best – and we were able to see our dreams come true.
My parents flew over to Zimbabwe at the end of January to be here to celebrate with us at a church wedding ceremony – a time of giving glory, honour and praise to God for our union. It was a blessing to have them with us and to exchange OUR vows before God and to each other!
I know MANY of you have been praying, and asking and wondering. I am in the process of becoming a Zim resident – still a Canadian citizen, though. As far as when I’ll be back to Canada – only God knows – and Lord willing Felix will be able to come with me. Only GOD knows the answers to these questions and more!
Please continue to pray for us as we start our life together – and figure out housing, transportation, expenses etc. He is in control, and we are extremely blessed and have been humbled!
