Well I told myself I would never ever get a blog until my life got interesting, looks like things are about to get interesting…so here goes!
Gosh where to even start?
Well I'm 22 and have lived in the same beautiful city my whole life; Knoxville, TN. We are getting a Trader Joes this summer and when that happens then Knoxville will be a pretty cool place. I'll be graduating from the University of Tennessee with the most vague/amazing major: Global Studies (I'll be qualified to do anything in the globe, beat that) minors: French and Business
I have a stellar family, seriously the best people you'll ever meet. My parents are incredible, loving and supportive.
My brother is 2 years older than me and is a MAN. Incredibly personable and goofy, he's married and I'm blessed to have a sista in law that I love!
My sister is 7 years younger than me but my personality twin and a mega babe.
My family is really fun and we laugh a lot, some would say we are abnormally encouraging:)
Let's see…..
I'm all about some adventure and if you have an idea and I like it then I'm one of the easiest people to rally to do something. I'll even get out of bed if it's worth it.
I'm crazy about some coffee, not just the fact that I might just get headaches without it but more for the fact that I love it in the morning, when I'm reading, studying, bored, talking with friends, sitting next to a fire. Just the thought of having coffee with people I love makes me happy. You could say it's one of my passions.
One of my spiritual gifts is baking…. Now you may say that's not one but it is! It's my way of showing love to others. The people in my life have greatly benefitted from this…
Another way I show love is touch, I'm a toucher and I'm a hugger and I'm a snuggler…just a fact of life that needs to be embraced..(ha pun unintended) It's my love language, duh.
Ohh Young Life, yes of course! Young Life (if you know what it is) has been my life and ministry for the past 3ish years. I love the kids, I love the school, and I love my team. Leaving it will be one of the hardest things I'll have to leave in Knoxville. Being with these people brings me true joy. I find myself doing stuff I never thought I would do such as dressing up as a cow fighting people in the mall all while filming it. We've got some killer videos, if anyone wants to share in the joy then I'll hook you up.

A few of the stellar people from my team, during one of our video filming sessions for club…love these people.
Other random things…. I love knitting occasionally, I have a dream of living in Charlotte, NC someday…maybe once I get back from the Race! learning to play the ukulele, hiking in the beautiful Smoky Mnts, kayaking, paddle boarding, running, etc.
I've been loving looking at would you rather questions so here are a couple which may help describe me…Also, if anyone knows what and likes to play Make it or Break it, we will be fabulous friends.
Would you rather….
Have x-ray vision or be able to fly?
Definitely fly, I don't think that x-ray vision would be very helpful…I can't really think of anything it would be good for… but I would love to fly!
Be able to control dreams or watch them the next day?
Watch them the next day…Ahhh this gets a little dicey because dreams are crazy but it would be interesting, some dreams I wouldn't want to relive
Swim in sea with a shark or walk in the wild with a lion?
Walk in wild with lion…I'm not a fabulous swimmer but I'm good at climbing trees so i would do that and then jump from tree to tree like Rue:)
Get stuck in elevator with 2 wet dogs or 2 fat men with bad breath?
Ewwww to both, elevators make me nervous anyways… but I'd definitely rather be with the men, at least the men could be really enjoyable and funny.
Be able to speak to animals or be able to speak all foreign languages?
Speak all languages, this is a DREAM of mine!! I would love that, being able to communicate people no matter what language they speak would be incredible.
