Hey, my name is Jenna
I really love life. I really love Jesus. I really love my family, who I’m lucky enough to call some of my best friends. I love to travel, photography, and laughing. Smiling’s actually my favorite, and so is meeting new people and hearing about their story.
I like listening to music, and I like the people who know there are certain songs you just don’t talk during. I love children, and hearing their laugh is truly one of the most beautiful sounds in the world. I love the outdoors and the beauty of nature; I never feel closer to my Creator than when I’m exploring the beauty He created.
Most people think I’m older than my actual age (21, about to be 22 next month!) I’m graduating from Augustana College in May, and couldn’t have imagined a greater college experience. I started a chapter of a national nonprofit during my freshman year called Camp Kesem. You should google it and check it out because it’s pretty fantastic.
But most of all, I like who I am, and who God created me to be.
I like to think I’m not like most people you’ll meet; I’m uniquely me. I can be random at times, spontaneous if you catch me in the right mood. I’m an organizer, but I love exploring. I like taking care of people and knowing I’m needed. I’m honest, hardworking, and truly believe life is too short to be lived too seriously. That being said, I know there are certain situations that seriousness is very necessary. All that is inside of me comes from a past that is creating the caring, faithful, Christ-loving woman I am today. And I’m still a work in progress, and that’s ok, too.
And that’s just me 🙂
