What is the real world? Being about 24 hours removed from WR Training camp, I still have no idea. My fellow Racers and I have just spent the last week tucked away in the mountains of Tennessee sleeping in tents, eating with our hands, completing challenges, building fires, lugging around heavy backpacks, and more importantly growing as brothers and sisters in Christ. I have so much information to process through that my heart and my head are about to explode. However, I think the best way to sum up training camp is by saying that God is FAITHFUL, and we can always count on him to show up. With that being said, I have some huge news to share with all of you. Number 1 there has been some MAJOR alterations to my route. The Z Squad, January 2014 Route 2, is no longer going to Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, or India. The updated route is as follows:

MONGOLIA : WE ARE THE FIRST SQUAD TO GO TO THIS COUNTRY!!!!

Being completely honest, I am bummed that we will no longer be doing ministry in India because of the heart that the Lord has given me for that country, but I know without a doubt that the Lord is going to blow our minds wherever we may end up in the world. My second announcement is that as of right now I will be doing ministry with an all female team known as Team F.I.E.R.C.E (Faith, Integrity, Evangelism, Restoration, Compassion, and Estrogen). It has incredible to see how the Lord pieced our team together from all over the country, and I can’t wait to experience the sisterhood that the Lord has already prepared for us!
Finally, as you all may have guessed, I still have quite a long way to go as far as support raising goes, and I still have to purchase my backpack for the trip. I know without a doubt that the Lord can and will provide financially, but I am going to need your help.
