HELLO FRIENDS!!!

In the last 3 weeks since I last wrote a blog post (this whole once a week updates are not happening like I planned… sorry :(…) I have some more amazing news to share!

You all have graciously and generously put me over the $5,000 mark! My first fundraising deadline is to have $3,500 by JUNE 12th! Consider that one officially busted! You guys rock. I am SO VERY THANKFUL for all of your continued support, both prayerfully and financially. God is doing amazing things guys… genuinely amazing things.

This week I also had the wonderful privilege of going to speak to my old high school youth group. D Group at First EPC in Anna was where my love of mission work and this great calling was cultivated. I felt so welcomed and loved from that group of kids!(and I very well could have sparked up a few future World Racers!).  It feels like just yesterday it was my group singing in worship, laughing, joking, and learning about Gods kingdom… even though they have an amazing new space to meet in that we didn’t have.

So now that I got to reminisce about my beloved youth group days, and have successfully busted my first deadline, it is time to set my sights and prayers towards the next one.

By August 21st, I must have a total of $10,000 in my donation account.

Yes that is a lot of money, but I am over halfway there. I truly believe that with your support, and by putting my faith in God alone, that WE CAN DO THIS! I am already ahead of schedule… let’s keep the ball rolling!

With all this being said, all that is left to say is

THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

With Love,

Jeni <3

P.S.— Ways you can help:

1. PRAY- For me, my teammates, my family, and my journey.

2. Donate- either online through this blog (click the *support me* tab) or with a paper check (must be written out to Adventures In Missions and have the donor support card with it. If you do not have one, I do. I will mail it in for you even)

3. Support- send me a little note. Facebook, text, email, snail mail. Each time I hear from you lovely people it truly shows me just how many people care so much.. and it will mean that much more when I’m gone to draw strength from.

4. Share- Share my story with friends, family, acquaintances, the mail man, your dog groomer, or anyone else you can think of. Share this blog on facebook. Get the word out! Even if all that comes from it is an extra prayer sent my way, that will help me so much more than you ever know.
