They smell fine. I just needed a way to pull you in. 🙂
Being on an all girls team is one of my favorite things about the race. I am on a team with 6 other woman who are all completely different from me and from each other.
As sisters we get to lean on each other when all we want to do is cry and we have no reason to. We get to laugh about silly stuff with each other. Mushy movie marathons are ALWAYS acceptable. We feel comfortable going deep with each other and there is always a good time to make an ice cream run.
We know how to love each other through bad moods and sensitivities. We know how to celebrate with each other when we have accomplished something we really wanted.
We get to go deep with each other and be vulnerable because we are surrounded with sisters who care and can relate. Sisters who will love us through past mistakes and be just as excited as we are about our future.
I am on a team known as Rebellious Love. Love is our main theme in our walks this year. God uniquely put us 7 woman together to love and love well wherever we go in the next 5 months. He needs each of us to be able to fulfill His mission.
There are 3 of my sisters who haven’t met there March 1st deadline that is quickly approaching. They are important in our team and are so needed out here on the field. I want you to meet them so you can see the beautiful woman God He has blessed me to serve with for 11 MONTHS.
Kaitlin Backensto, she is full of love and joy. She has a huge heart for children and they are naturally drawn to her wherever we go. She is the kind of person who finds the people everyone else is overlooking and she makes sure that person is loved well. She teaches our team it is okay to feel emotions, and to express them. She can change the atmosphere of a room just by walking into it. She is our teammate who is the furthest away from her goal and needs you to help her stay on the field. She has full faith God will provide every penny.

Check out her blog at http://kaitlinbackensto.theworldrace.org. Read how she has been used, broken, and how she has fallen in love throughout this race and support her to stay with us on the field.
Christa Albright, I have had the honor of being with her since training camp. We have been on the same team since month 1 and have gotten to learn from each other and become a family. She is known as wisdom on our team. She is so full of knowledge of our Father and helps us to know Him on a deeper level. I have watched her grow from not having a voice on our team and squad to being one of the most outgoing people I know. She has taught me how to love better and see people who are different from me in a beautiful way. Wherever we go, rather it be ministry or just out to dinner she has a way of seeking out someone and just be befriending them. She has a spirit about her that makes people feel comfortable. I couldn’t imagine walking this journey without her.

Check out her blog at http://christaalbright.theworldrace.org. I have gotten to experience first hand the ways God has worked in her life. You will want to read about them and see for yourself. While you are there click the support me link and donate to allow her to stay out here.
Hanna Reeves, there are so many beautiful things I could say about this kind hearted woman of God. She brings so much joy to every situation and has the spirit of a child. She can make you laugh, make you feel loved, and listen to anything you have to say. God is teaching her to walk in truth, and experience His grace. She has a heart for middle school aged girls and she is learning boldness and confidence to advance His kingdom with those girls. She has been a true friend to me since we met and she has taught me how to love others much different from me. I don’t want to go through the next 5 months without her.
Check out her blog at http://hannareeves.theworldrace.org. She is a beautiful writer and the way she writes about what our Father is doing can make anyone want to serve Him. She is so close to her goal and could use your support to reach that final number.
These are just 3 of my sisters that need you to help them. X Squad came on the field with 38 members. We are one of the smallest squads, but we are doing BIG things. We are unified as brothers and sisters, our love for each other is a love that can only come from the Father. Rebellious Love started at the halfway point of this trip with 7 members and we will finish in month 11 with 7 members. I know our God is faithful and He provides for His children, I know He has laid it on people’s hearts to give. What better way to advance His kingdom then to use your money and give to my sisters out here on the field being His hands and feet.
