Dear friends and family; near & far,
I am so grateful for everyone who has encouraged me or shown support. It means so much more than I can ever say or express, but I will attempt to let you know how much this truly means to me.
Every time someone encourages me, comments on my blog, prays for me or supports me, I celebrate and I thank God for you- you who are showing love to me in such beautiful ways. I cry or shout for joy and celebrate with my teammates and squad mates of how good God is and how amazing you are to join in this journey that only God could orchestrate.
I am now 81% funded, which means I am only $3,222 from being FULLY FUNDED FOR THE WORLD RACE! I am tearing up as I write this because I am so much in awe and want to thank each of you who donated so generously, lovingly, sacrificially. It means more than I can ever say. I thank God for you.
I thank God for your love. I thank God for your obedience and your heart. You are so awesome!
I am now in Honduras on a weekend retreat as we prepare for Month 4 of the World Race which will be in Chile. We are learning more about leadership, worship, trusting God and discipleship. I can’t wait to share more of what I am learning.
God is speaking to my heart so beautifully as I learn to be faithful in seeking Him out- not perfectly, but I strive to know Him more. He promises to draw near to me as I draw near to Him, so this is a double blessing, as it has always been my heart to know Him more. I want to be so in love with God!
He loves me and He loves each of you and wants you to come to Him. He wants a truly personal relationship with you. Not just in name. He wants you to pray to Him and speak to Him and trust Him for all your needs. He wants you to give your burden to Him. He wants you to seek Him with all your heart, mind, soul and strength, trusting He is more than enough even if you can’t yet see it.
This is just a portion of what He has been teaching me. I am excited to share more and tell you more about what is next in Chile! Love you and thankful for YOU!
