5 Kg of tomatoes from your garden

2-3 bell peppers

2-3 small onions

2-3 celery leaves

salt and sugar to taste

Cook all these together.

Strain after the tomatoes 'melt'

Cook the liquid again and add 10 grams of vinobran conservance. What is this?  I am not entirely sure.  Maca says it's some kind of preservative from keeping the tomatoes from turning to wine.

Once the foam on your liquid settles, it's done!

Pour the soup concentrate into bottles and place in a warm spot.  Put a blanket on top of the bottles until they are cold.

When you want to make soup, take one bottle and add water to the concentrate.  Add a celery leaf, spices, parsley and noodles and cook on the stovetop.
