Ever since I've been home I've been writing out some things that I've noticed that seem to be things that make America different from the places I experienced. I was always surprised by culture and it was fascinating that I was wondering what makes my country different for visitors. These are some of the things that I've noticed. Some may not be All-American, but it's what I have observed. I'm sure there are more. Do you have anything to add to the list?
tipping – Something we almost never had to do
duck tape and the love of it
drive thru's – we saw only 1 the whole year in Ukraine
only knowing one language – Most people I met knew at least 2!

smiling – at least we were told this by many people
fear and safety – TRUTH
handicap access – Great job, America!
