So I'm selling bracelets as a fundraiser. Half the money made goes back to the families in the Philippines and the other half goes towards my WR. (contact me if your interested in buying some!!)
I brought them into work Friday night to sell some to the servers. So many bought them!! I handed them to my manager so he could look through them to see which ones he wanted to purchase, I walked away for a moment and when I looked back he was selling them for me!! "1 for $3, 3 for $9!" He sold 20 of them!!!!!! Not only is my manager supportive but also helping me. I really think I got the job there last year because God had a plan. He knew that I would be going on this trip and it would be important to have a manager who would be ok with me taking an 11 month leave. Not only that but he's excited for me! He's been so encouraging and supportive…he makes my heart smile 🙂 Shout out: THANKS JIM YOU ROCK!! Its been so awesome having people be supportive! Its so great to walk around at work and see most of the staff rockin' my bracelets. Seeing them shows that they support me. Through these bracelets, these threads, we have been connected. Its such a great feeling!
