Dear Anonymous,
Thank you for being obedient and answering the burden the Lord placed on your heart. He is faithful and does provide. As He has provided for me, He will also continue to provide for you.
For everyone else, here’s what went down.
Several weeks ago my teammates and I were discussing fundraising and support. I expressed that I still needed $1400 for the upcoming deadline on April 1. I explained where I was spiritually with this. It no longer caused me anxiety but it was still work to not worry about it and to trust the Lord with it.
My teammate Karen began telling me stories of how the Lord uses circumstances such as these to show his glory. One of the stories she told was about a past World Racer who wrote an extremely bold blog about how he knew the Lord would provide the funding he needed to continue on The Race.
Being emboldened by this testimony of the Lord’s faithfulness I decided it was time for me to stop procrastinating and post a support blog.
Not a full week had past when I reluctantly checked the status of my account. My jaw dropped when I saw:

I poked Karen who was sitting next to me, and pointed at the screen. I couldn’t find words. Tears came to my eyes.
The Lord IS faithful and He DOES provide.
He makes all things possible for His GLORY.
And He definitely has more for me here on this journey.
