I always find writing about myself to be tedious, especially since the descriptions I write about myself never feel like they adequately convey who I am. However, I shall do my best.
Allow me to introduce myself; I'm JenDoll. Yes, I generally spell that without a space; I also respond to Jen, Jenn, Jenn Doll, Jennifer, and a variety of other nicknames that I have accumulated over the years. The title of this section is both true and a song reference that I hope someone might have caught? It's from the 20's so probably not, but I still can hope.
Some basics:
I was born and raised in Sarasota, Florida. I have two great parents and one sibling, my older brother, Jason. I went to Bradenton Christian School from Kindergarten till I graduated high school (13 years!). I now attend Toccoa Falls College and will graduate in May of 2013 with a BA in Biblical Studies (and minors in Cross-Cultural Studies and Old Testament).
Interests:
I like sports. I've played soccer, volleyball, softball (fast and slow pitch), basketball, track and field (sprints and long jump and pole vault), and gymnastics. I enjoy watching soccer, volleyball, hockey (Go Lightning and Blues!) and baseball (Go Rays and Cardinals!).
I'm also a musician. I play clarinet as well as some trombone, flute/piccolo, piano and guitar. As far as listening to music goes, my favorite is The Rocket Summer. After that, I listen to almost any other genre.
I'm also active in theatre and am a self proclaimed nerd/geek.
Other:
I tend to be random and awkward, but it makes life more interesting and fun. I also will often quote movies, songs and Doctor Who.
