Bugiri is a new challenge! Uganda is different than Kenya in the culture and with the people. Ugandans are a little tougher it seems and
though my time here is going well and I love the people I just can’t stop
comparing in to last month. This month
is totally new and Ugandan worship is just more African than the worship I saw
in Kenya. We are about one thing this
month and that seems to be evangelism, which is great, but I worry about those
people who accept Christ as we preach door to door. I worry if they are genuine. We are seeing a lot of people give their
lives to Christ, but that’s just the beginning there is so much more. I am living a pretty exciting life here in Uganda. I mean I have babies put in my lap so I can
pray for their physical healing and I got to be involved in some demon casting,
which was different to say the least. I
still just don’t feel the power of the Living God, even-though I am apparently
walking in it! Weird! I am glad the Lord works despite our feelings.
