I love technology. I love reading. So naturally, I’ve been pretty psyched about iBooks for quite sometime! I’m traveling around Latin America next year for 11 months and I can have an endless amount of reading material that fits on something as big and as thin as a piece of paper. Thank you, Steve Jobs.
Anyway, I would love for you all to give me some reading recommendations that I can stock up my iPad with while I’m away! I’m a huge fan of what you might find in the “Christian Living” section of your local bookstore. So, some things that are already on my reading list are books like, Love Does, Authentic, and Jesus Among Other Gods to name a few. I’m definitely not oposed to reading fiction but with the exception of The Outsiders and The Great Gatsby, I haven’t read much. Ok – I haven’t read ANY.
What are some books you have read recently that really helped you become more intimate with Jesus? What are some books that developed you as a better leader, better spouse, or better disciple of Jesus? Those are the kinds of books I love. If fiction is your thing, what are some fiction books you read lately that are super gripping and are page turners?
