So here’s the problem with zero internet access for a month. I’ve got sooooo much to blog about and yet no idea where to start so I guess to begin with I’m just going to get the most hectic parts out of the way first. I got beyond blessed with my team in general, but especially in having Zach Miller on my team, thus leading to way too many amazing adventures. Below are the 11 craziest things to have happened this month, both in terms of what God was up to as well as just all around fun;)
1. I killed the 4th deadliest snake in India, followed by the 3rd deadliest snake in all of Asia with a slingshot.
2. We saw close to 200 people receive Christ for the first time.
3. Prayed for a man who’d been paralyzed for 3 years who got up and walked.
4. Prayed for a man who had been put in prison four years ago for breaking Hindu law. The very next day, the police let him out of prison without any warning.
5. Killed a Princess Bride sized rat with a brick.
6. Survived a hurricane and two cyclones.
7. Spent the better half of the month wearing an Indian man skirt (lungi)
8. Skinny Dipped in the Indian Ocean
9. Took 4 or 5 showers all month due to laziness of not wanting to bucket shower combined with knowing I’d just get immediately sweaty again within 5 minutes.
10. Played close to 20-30 games of settlers of catan
11. Got proposed to by several women while trying to buy a new dress shirt. I guess plaid is a great look for me.
Anyways, I’m exhausted, as soon as I get some rest and can really even begin to process this month you can expect 3 or 4 more blogs but I wanted to give you guys a little taste of what is to come:) Love and miss you all.
