Hi!  My name is Jeanne
Bensch.  I’m so excited about God calling me into missions!  I grew up on a farm in Northwest Oklahoma, 7
miles from Seiling, Oklahoma.

My amazing parents, Lynden and Starley Bensch, still live on
the farm I grew up on and have been married for 35 years.  They are wonderful Christian folks who raised
me in a loving family.  My older sister,
LaDonna, is my best friend in the world and her new husband, David, is a great
guy too!

The last two years have been full of life changes.  I moved to Marietta, Georgia (suburb of Atlanta)
on April 5, 2007 for my dream job.  A lot
of people thought I was crazy since I moved without knowing a single person in
Georgia.  But I knew God wanted me
here.  It was hard to move so far away
from family (when I moved my sister and I had been living together for 7 years)
but God has provided me with great colleagues and a wonderful church family at North Metro (I’m going to miss you guys!)

Things I love:

  • Jesus Christ
  • Family (I would be lost without your love and support)
  • Survivor and The Amazing Race (I’ve watched every single season!)
  • Reading
  • Photography (I can’t wait for you to see the world through the lens of my camera)
  • Pillows
  • Experiencing different cultures and traveling
  • Dr. Pepper
  • Country and Christian music
Things I don’t like:
  • Traffic
  • Being late
  • Coffee
  • Negative attitudes
  • Rap music
