  1. I love adventure and experiencing God's creation though hiking, rock climbing, whitewater rafting, scuba diving, wakeboarding, snowboarding, kiteboarding, and surfing. (However I've never gone kayaking before, anyone want to join me sometime and try it out?)
  2. If I could only eat 1 meal for the rest of my life it would have to be sushi!
  3. I am an avid fan of the most glorious football team in all the world, Manchester United! (Glory, Glory Man United! Glory, Glory Man United!….)
  4. I love playing the acoustic guitar and singing worship songs to Jesus! (I think my voice sounds best when I'm driving by myself in the car)
  5. I love to play card games, so when we're on the race and there is some downtime, a.k.a. long layovers in airports, I am always down for a game of euchre, hearts, spades, or any other game you want to play. 
  6. My favorite speakers are Louie Giglio, Francis Chan, Corey Russell, Ravi Zacharias, Bill Johnson, and of course Mark Driscoll. (Everything they say simple blows my mind!)
  7. I almost burnt down an entire forest in Nicaragua trying to make a camp fire
  8. I am obsessed with Latin culture – food, music, sport, language, and especially the people!
  9. I have snowboarded on 4 different continents.
  10. I've been fortunate enough to do 2 study abroads in both Costa Rica and Spain.
  11. I lost my cellphone at the bottom of the sea in Barcelona, trying to commandeer a boat. (I don't recommend it.)
  12. I love to salsa, bachata, cumbia, merengue, reggaeton, and swing.
  13. I love to read books that make you think and ponder about things that are bigger than yourself.
  14. I am a thrill-seeker who enjoys anything that is death defying – skydiving, bungee jumping, you name it! How can you not love anything that can get you closer to seeing Jesus face to face. Tasting death is the only thing that makes you know how fully alive you really are!
  15. On my last mission trip I received the "It's All a Conspiracy" Award. I was not pleased to say the least! (I guess some people just don't appreciate an obsession with conspiracy theories or studying End Times)
  16. Some of the weirdest stuff I've eaten has been crocodile, goat, lizard, termites, cockroach, scorpion, and a fish eyeball.
  17. I played in the World Series of Poker in 2007 and busted, thus causing me to sleep in the Las Vegas airport for the night and having to call my dad to wire me money to get a flight home (Let's just say I've put my college poker days behind me!).
  18. I campaigned for the greatest politician of all-time, Ron Paul, back during the presidential primaries in 2007 and 2008.
  19. I started working at Chick-fil-A at the age of 14. (Aren't there any child labor laws in this country?)
  20. One time I put my passport through the washer machine accidentally and it caused me to be stranded in New Zealand on a mission trip with the leader's newlywed wife. (Good thing that didn't make things awkward and that she didn't have a cute British accent!)
  21. My passion is to travel and my goal in life is to visit every country in the world – that is 195 countries! So let's get globe-trotten! (I know a man who did it, Lauren Cunningham, the founder of YWAM.)
  22. I've been inside a Shweeb, a HydroJet, and a Zorb! If you can be the first person to tell me what those 3 things are, I'll give you 100 rupees!
  23. I desperately want to be a carrier of glory and see God's power, truth, and love manifest itself wherever I go! (I want to be His hands and feet in the most unreached corners of this earth!)
  24. I believe Jesus is coming back to rule and reign as Bridegroom, King, and Judge in my lifetime!
  25. Finally, I find my success everyday in loving God and loving others! (Everything else will burn away in the end, but relationships will last forever!)
