Hello Everyone!
This is my first blog, and I just wanted to let everyone know a little bit about who I am. First of all, I'll start with the basics. I am the oldest of 9 children, and my mom has a baby on the way! It has truly been a blessing to grow up in a household with so much of God's peace and joy. I can honestly say that my parents and siblings are my best friends, and I wouldn't be who I am today without them. My parents have been my biggest inspirations and I admire thier love and passion for Jesus and the ministry with my whole heart. They have always encouraged me to pursue the calling of ministry on my life since I was a child. Being homeschooled allowed me the amazing opportunity to really develop the gifts and talents God has given me especially in singing, dancing, acting, and piano. I am 22 years old now, and currently a Senior at Western Michigan University pursuing my BA in Organizational Communications and minor in Spanish. I am hoping that with my degree I will be better equipped to use the performing arts in a missions-based organization to bring God's hope, joy, and LOVE to His people throughout the world–especially in Latin America. Being Mexican, I have a deep love and appreciation for my latin roots, language, and culture and feel a strong pull towards the latin people. I know that God is now giving me my signal to, "GO!" I am thrilled to embark on such an incredible, life-changing adventure. Traveling the world and getting to see lives changed under the power of God, while using my God-given gifts is my biggest, life-long dream.
