Finally, we have arrived in Mongolia and to our ministry sites. It is absolutely beautiful here! The cities and the countrysides makes you realize how luxurious we have it in America. We have so many resources at our disposal that we are careless about it. We idolize other things rather than putting our focus on God. I’m going to be honest with you… we lack so much in America. Think about it… money, medicine, etc. has captured so much of our lives we don’t go to God for anything. I’ve been to a couple different countries already and I’ve learned that they are so genuine in their faith because some don’t have option of money or medicine. They live day to day not knowing what will happen the next.
This past week we have been going door to door passing out the Gospel of Mark to people and inviting them to a tent revival. The young locals, who are so on fire for Jesus, did all the talking as we prayed for the people. They are so welcoming and their hospitality is on point. They gave us candy, cookies, or milk tea. You can’t do that in America. You can’t walk up to someone’s door without the though of danger coming your way. We have been blessed by these people. There is so much to learn from people like this whether they are a believer or not. Seeds have been planted in lives this past week.
Lives have been changed for the Kingdom here in this city! Healings have been done, miracles have been performed. It’s crazy to think that healings are possible when you haven’t seen it often. There is so much power in a prayer! I never would of thought that I would be apart of healing someone (its not me, its God) but after I prayed for people and asked them afterwards if they felt better they said yes!! Believe in the words you are saying when you pray (little nugget for ya ??) and live by faith rather than sight. I thank God for allowing me to be apart of someone elses story! I have met some incredible people here… locals, people from YWAM, and others. These people are such an encouragment to me because of their faith.
One thing I want to tell you is say “Yes.” You never know what can happen if you say “Yes.” God will provide for each one of us. With that being said, I am still in the process of fundraising for this trip. I am 2700 away from meeting my next deadline! If you are feeling led to donate please click on the donate tab. Please share this blog as well! There is always someone that may need to hear this. I will post pictures somewhere so keep your eyes on the lookout!!! If you need any prayer please use the contact button and let me know. This year is a season of growing with God and myself. Help me to continue this growth and be a blessing to others and you as well.
Holy Spirit,
I thank you so much for everything! Without you, I wouldn’t be here today. You have built new friendships with people that I only met not too long ago. You have given us an amazing opportunity! I pray over each person that reads this blog that there will be a flame rising up in their hearts right now. Allow them to step out on faith and say yes. Lord, I ask for a spirit of generousity today. Whether its support me or their church or someone somewhere. Opens are eyes to see what you see. Open our ears to hear what you have to say. Soften our hearts today. When we step out on faith you will provide. Blessings will come upon each of you. Allow us to be still at this moment to hear from you.
In Jesus name,
Amen
