Hi everyone, I just wanted to update you on everything going on. I am so honored be able to serve the people within those 11 countries. I appreciate those of you that have already helped through prayer and financial support and those that are just interested in reading my blog! I am so grateful.

Thank you for giving to the hungry, the sick and the abused. Your support has encouraged me so much and what I love even more so is the unity that this is building. As I look at the money that I have raised so far, most of the donations are not one big lump sum, but bits an pieces here and there. The $10, $25 and $50 gifts can do more than you can imagine. I noticed that a friend decided to donate $10 a month for 11 months, that’s $110 dollars total!! And gifts like these continue to amaze me because I see a group of people joining together as one for a cause. I see a group of people joining together with the desire to help others and the desire to spread love to those living in the most poverty stricken places. It encourages me because even in this dark world I see a glimmer of hope, those little acts of kindness that no one really notices, yet makes so much difference. Those little acts of kindness that aren’t done for self pride or out of obligation, but simply out of the desire to help someone in need.
I just love it! I am excited to see change in our own country as well as in the countries that I will be going to!
I still have much to raise, but I am definitely encouraged! If any of you guys have creative ideas on fundraising and want to partner up to help out….please let me know!
