During my time in the Army I did alot of running, you kind of had too. Especially in my job as a Infantry man. When other men’s life’s are in your hands you can’t afford to not be in shape. When I got out of the Army I broke my leg and used that as a excuse  not to run after it healed, because I was starting back at square one and I was too lazy to start over. Then I came on The World Race and was blessed to have some amazing women on my squad that love to run and pushed me to run as well. Then I was blessed again to have one of these women be put on my team. This Month I have been able to run at least 4 times a week and it has brought me back to the days in the Army, where I actually enjoyed running. See running can suck your legs hurt you can’t breath and you wonder why you got up so early to put yourself through hell. Then one day you get to a point that it doesn’t suck and it’s even enjoyable and your body is not in pain. But once that happens you have to push yourself more to run faster, longer, or else you will stay stagnet and never grow.

The christian run is like this, sometimes you fall and get broken you use this as a excuse to not get back up. You get caught up in yourself and lose your focus which should have been on Jesus  the whole time anyway. Then there is the times when you get in a grove and you’re doing good,  but your stagnet you are doing just enough to stay where your at. How boring!! If We only knew what God had planned for us and would just get out of the way and stop putting boundaries on God and our lives. So when you fall down, so what!! There is grace for that pick yourself back up and when you get stagnet Pray that God or someone kicks you in the butt and get moving. And when you are giving everything you got push yourself more by leaning and trusting and giving thanks to God. Never be satisfied at where your RUN is, until you are face to face with God.
