Launch Hotel information

*There is a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Make sure you are on the correct bus!
When you arrive at the hotel, you will receive your room assignment at registration.
WE ARE booking your rooms for you.
Your parents, should they choose to come to launch, will also be staying at the Hilton but THEY will need to book their own accommodations. They will receive additional information from parent ministries regarding their process.
We have a couple sets of instructions for the different roles. Please pay close attention and follow the instructions for your group.
Please remember you are expected to adhere to the dress code throughout launch and your entire time on the field. If your clothing does not meet dress code standards, you will be asked to send those clothes home.
Team Leaders, Treasurers, Logistics, Safety, Beauty for Ashes, Worship Coordinators, Story Tellers of Q, R, and S squads; and ALL of T Squad:
Arrive in Atlanta on January 3rd, 2019.
You do NOT have to book your own room. We’ve got that covered!
If you are NOT part of the roles mentioned above, you should plan to arrive on January 4th, 2019 (see details below). Please do not make arrangements to arrive earlier as you are not on the rooming list and the hotel does not allow unregistered guests. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.
FLYING IN: Please book flights that arrive into Atlanta no later than 5:00 PM. When your flight arrives, you can eat at the airport or bring food to the hotel to eat later.
Either way, you need to be at the hotel, registered, and ready to go, with a full belly, by 7:00 PM.
Please note: If you arrive early, we ask that you remain at the airport until 4:00 PM.
DRIVING IN: Please plan to arrive to the hotel no later than 6:00 PM Please make arrangements to have dinner before you arrive.
You will not be able to register for launch and receive a key to your room until 5:00 PM.
Upon arrival, you should report directly to the LANIER CONFERENCE ROOM. Please DO NOT visit the front desk and ask if your room is ready.
If you must arrive early, the LANIER conference room will be set up for baggage storage beginning at 1:00 PM.
Please note: The Lanier conference room will not be staffed and leaving your bags there will be at your discretion.
Please bring your passport to registration.
If you have any conflicts with arrival times, contact your advisor before booking any travel.
