Everyone
is flying into Washington DC. IAD is the airport code.
Team Leaders, Treasurers, and Logistics Leaders will need to arrive on Monday, January 7th:
FLYING IN: Book your flight to arrive before 4:00 PM on January 7th.
To get from the airport to the hotel where you are staying, you will need to
take a shuttle from the bus shuttle center at the airport which is located at door number 2. The shuttle runs about every 30 minutes but there will be additional shuttles available to take groups whenever they are ready to leave.
When your flight arrives in you have two choices:
1. You can go to the hotel first, check-in, and then eat near the hotel.
OR
2. Eat at the airport first and then go to the hotel.
Either way you need to be at the hotel, ready to go, with a full belly, by 6:30 PM.
DRIVING IN: You
need to arrive at the hotel, ready to go with a full belly by 6:30 PM.
(It may not be a bad idea to arrive a little earlier so you can check
in, get your stuff settled and then get ready for the evening session.
