I have been home now for a little more than 3 months and it still seems weird when I wake up each morning and find that I am not in some part of the world, but am at home. Since coming home, I am normally asked two questions: 1- What was your favorite part of your trip (or what did you do)? 2- What are you doing next? This is what I am doing next . . . drum roll please . . .
I am coleading a Real Life trip (another part of Adventures In Missions) in January! Real Life is a little bit 
different from the World Race. We only go to one country the 4 months we are gone and it is for college age students. So I am guessing you are all wondering where in the world will I be going?? Well . . . KENYA! That’s right! I will be going back to Africa in about 5 weeks! Soon God will be stretching me beyond belief and making my comfort zone a new level. Soon I will be hugging those precious kids and I still think God wants to redeem Africa for me J
So my coleader is none other than Mike Sanders (a guy who was on my world race squad!) and there are 12 that we will be leading. We will be in two places in Kenya- the first half we will be in Mombasa and the second half we will be in Busia. We will be doing a lot of preaching, street evangelism, door to door/house visits, construction, orphanages, service projects (you name it we will probably end up doing it sometime during these 4 months!).
But here is where I need your help! I cannot do this alone! First- I need you all to be our prayer warriors. I need people to start praying now, to start preparing the way for us. Please be praying for Kenya, for our contacts, for the people who we will come into contact with. Please be praying for Mike and I- for unity, wisdom, discernment, guidance. Please be praying for our team- for unity, the financial support to come in, and for a willingness to do whatever God has planned for them.

Thank you all for your support this past year and I am so excited to see where God leads us all this next year! These college students are going to have their worlds rocked and I feel so blessed and still in awe that God is letting me be a part of it!
