I
had the wonderful opportunity to meet some of my fellow racers in Athens, Georgia
a couple days before training camp began.
We just spent time getting to know one another and it was amazing how
fast we became like family to each other.
The day before training began, we spend the night in prayer for each
other, our other teammates, and those who were having health issues, etc.  It was amazing to be able to truly spend time
in prayer and worshipping God!!

Then
training camp began.  I cannot even begin
to describe what happened to me at training camp and all that I saw and
experienced.  I saw healings take place and
learned just how powerful our God and prayer can be!  I learned so much about the Holy Spirit and
am still processing everything that took place at camp!  I learned what it is like to live in a true
community and how 40 something strangers can become like family in about a
week.

This
past week God really spoke to my heart about the things that I have not
surrendered to Him and how Satan can use my past to influence what I do in the
future if I do not surrender it all to Him (look for a blog about my surrender
walk to come soon!).  I have seen just
how important knowing who I am in Christ can be and that I am a beautifully
fierce woman of God!  God wrecked my life
this past week and I know that I will never be the same again!  I cannot wait to see what happens over these
next couple weeks before I leave in October- I know that God is preparing me
and my teammates for what lies ahead and is getting us ready for the spiritual battle that is
coming!
