This past month in Togo God knew exactly what we needed even if we did not. He knew 
exactly what ministry He wanted us to do even if we did not have a clue. We prayed for God to show us what His will was for this past month and He kept on showing us what His will was not and it helped narrow down what His will was for us J It turns out, His will for us this past month was to be painters!!
God brought us into the lives of a couple IMB missionaries and a seminary. They needed some help painting some of their “dorm rooms” a
nd we were the ones to do it! I had yet to paint on the World Race and now I can say I have! We have done just about everything else (from construction, to orphanages, bar ministry, teaching English, preaching, Evangelism, but no painting. I have even babysat kids as well!). Well now I can add painting to my World Race resume J
Painting was quite fun and lucky DJ knew the ins and outs of painting and made our lives so much easier!!!! Of course I am one of the ones who 
gets paint all over me (and I mean all over me!) but that just made it much more fun J It was the perfect thing for us to do this past month and God knew that! God was working on some issues in all of us and He knew that this was the perfect thing for us to do! Painting leaves lots of time for thinking and that was just what was needed. There was a team of missionaries from Alabama there as well and we got to spend a couple days with them and it was exactly what was needed!!!!
