So many times I heard that God will get you out of your comfort zone and I did not really knew what that meant until now!  I have never been so much out of my comfort zone than I have for these past 7 or so months!  It is not even just being in a new enviornment g in a community with the same 5 people every single day for 11 months.  All of these things do indeed get you out of your comfort zone, but for me it has been more of God stretching and growing me with Him.

These past 6 months God has been stretching me and growing me, but it has not been until this past month here in Ghana that I really realized it.  I am a quiet person (and I am learning that it is not a bad thing- it is how God made me) and sometimes the things God asks me to do is def. out of my comfort.  I have preached 2 times this past month and have given countless testimonies or words of encouragement.  I have talk to random people about things from the gospel to what God is doing in my life to speaking things over them to lift them up.  I am discovering that as soon as we think that we are done being put out of our comfort zone, God comes along and changes that comfort zone to a brand new level 🙂 and that is not a bad thing.  I would have never of imagined that I would have been here in Africa doing what I am doing 2 years ago.  I am so blessed that I am here and that God is stretching me and growing me- it is just sometimes really hard to keep on getting out of your comfort zone.  But I am finding that it gets easier and easier the more you do it and all I can say is that I am not the same person I was when I started the race or even from yesterday!  God is continually changing me and challenging me and I am learning that God is able to use us most and fully have all of me when I am out of my comfort!  So I challenge you all to let God take you out of your comfort zones and get ready for a crazy, but well worth it, adventure!
